About the Book

Lynched-at-Law speaks to American life. With sinister implications, experiences bare truth that Grisham fiction is active in modern culture. Ambition encounters nuances of race, racism, religion, money, law, lawful crime, criminal and the political forces that shape “reality”. A phenomenon the author suggests is something other than what “is”. That is that there is a difference materially in what “actually is” and “reality” – what we are premised we perceive.

Part I, a journey with the writer through particular paths of his life documenting nuanced aspects of Americanism. A journey that millions of Americans travel in portion each day. Incidents shown along the way trigger nostalgia in some readers, déjà vu in others. Re-live the past in the present. Life’s moments we forget to remember because emotion insists they be ignored. Is America the land of the free? The writer answers in absolute, yes. But proves that realization of the American dream is perpetually challenged by insidious forces – “the culprits”.

Within our midst (the American people) lurks the informant (the Fourth branch of government). His authority (the informant) from the United States Constitution does not obtain. His purpose is at war with our Ideals. His mission alters incrementally the nature of our political existence. “Out of the blue”, as it was, a criminal informant Wendell C. Blount infiltrates the “sphere” of the author’s lawful business, perfecting his own scheme with agency from United States Customs Service. The author was hurled before a 9/11 tribunal. A productive American life that day came to an “end”. A journey veraciously sub-titled “a living documentary”.

Part II, addresses the social compact, urging each “Principal” to be Informed Politically Active Citizens. The author states categorically that he’s doing time for OJ. Candid letters follow addressed to each of Government’s branches, but more particularly to you. A voice crying from the American wilderness – Secure the Dream!
