About the Book
This We Believe is a conservative, comprehensive presentation of Bible doctrine for the average Christian. Unlike most works on this subject, this book begins with a chapter on the principles for sound Bible interpretation, addresses the doctrine of Israel, and has several graphic illustrations to help one better understand biblical teachings. Chapters in the appendix cover issues facing the church today. This work is from a lifetime of ministry.
About the Author
Phillip D. Mosher was born in Omaha, NB and raised in Orlando, FL where he met and later married Ruth Lundy in 1961. In 1965 he was ordained to the Gospel Ministry by Palmcroft Baptist Church of Phoenix, AZ. He graduated from Southwestern College in Phoenix in 1965 and 1972 with a major in Bible. Phillip and Ruth served as church planting missionaries in the interior of Brazil from 1966 to 1998. The first 12 years were dedicated to the Nambiquara Indians, and the remaining 20 were in Cuiabá, Mato Grosso. They are retired in Bradenton, FL and have three daughters and seven grandchildren.
