About the Author

Andrew Ahlsten graduated from the University of British Columbia with a bachelor’s degree in human kinetics. He is a kinesiologist, exercise therapist and sport-strength and conditioning coach. He is third-degree black belt in karate, and he trained in Japan for a year. He lives in Vancouver, Canada.
