About the Book

There is a constant hypothesis at work in this book that asserts that everything operates in dichotomy chaos and that there are always two extremes to everything. We live on a line between these extremes, and this tenuous line is in the form of a vibrating circle from beginning to end of life. The book points out how one endeavors to operate somewhere between many, many life dichotomy poles.

The book seeks to answer questions and find ways to maneuver within a myriad of dichotomies. It shows middleground situations of choice, decision, and outcome and points out how life is a dichotomy-beset circle beginning at birth and ending at death.

The book reveals how most human beings unknowingly attempt peaceful and spiritual balance between plaguing dichotomies. It illustrates how most everyone is seeking some kind of life purpose, be it small or large, be it on outer fringe or within steady middle of extreme poles.

About the Author

Phillip Reisner is a product of Midwestern values; he, however, pushes, pulls, and adjusts these values to fit a slightly different life philosophy. He judiciously finds middle ground to many life situations. He grew up on an Indiana farm but began to journey at an early age, and even today he finds opportunities to experience life far beyond the farm. He worked at a bank, served in the military, earned BS and MS degrees, and taught school for thirty years. Phillip is now retired yet finds time to swim, volunteer, travel, and write. He is married to Deborah, and they collectively have six children and eleven grandchildren. Phillip writes short stories in prose and poetry. Every concise narrative provokes thinking. His poems use a minim of words with each short line standing alone and making a point. Every word is meaningful and important, and that is just how he feels about every day and every person, meaningful and important.
