About the Book

Some would describe womanhood as being complicated, but I define it using another “C” word – complete. Complete, as womanhood is an amalgamation of every single element of life; representing a complete state of being. This writer chose to write about what she deems to be the most important aspects of womanhood, including strength of character, motherhood, intelligence, shoes (teehee) and love – with all it involves; flirtations, heartbreak, romance, seductions, as well as refusing to accept abuse of any kind, being proud of our bodies, our sexuality and our accomplishments, and ultimately, enjoying all that it means to be woman. It’s a celebration of our ability to be nurturers, mothers, lovers, friends, bosses, sisters, goofballs, and simply accepting being defenders of our world, our families and friends, while remaining sexy, strong, beautiful, caring mothers of the universe.

About the Author

Marvette Camille (MC), a Justice of the Peace and Social Worker, celebrates womanhood; completely cherishing what it means to be woman. She believes that being woman is one of the most important “jobs” there is, as it encompasses being the birth-way to, and the edifier of, infinite generations. This means being crucial to maintaining the populations of the world and nurturing bodies, souls and minds that will enhance what is best about the world that we all occupy. MC loves being woman, and therefore embraces all that it entails; being both soft and tough, while striving to use the strengths of womanhood to propel and fulfil her own goals and dreams, while also helping to advance the goals and dreams of others; especially that of womankind. For her, womanhood is the most important gift Mother Nature could have bestowed on her, and as such, welcomes its responsibilities, and treasures its rewards.
