The book is vivid description of life in an outstanding Retirement Center. This tale details the various activities offered and the lovely ambalance of this facility. This story contains vignettes of some of the inhabitants of the first class Center, and why it has been voted the Number 1 Retirement Facility in Omaha for the past twelve years. This story recalls some of my memories conjured up from the past concerning my life with my Beloved Mary over our sixty-six years of marraige. It has a close-up description in details of four outstanding members of this community and their past lives. This tome is an easy, interesting, and enjoyable read.
About the Author
Dr. Oberst is a noted author of medical books including a recent Trilogy on his medical experiences. He was in the private practice of pediatrics for thirty-seven [37] years and was Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. He was a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He was very active within the American Academy of Pediatrics at the national level for over fifteen years. He was received many awards and accolades. He was the President of the Omaha Children’s Clinic P.C. for over twenty [20] years. In addition to his very large general pediatric practice, he had an outstanding consultative practice. He was a pioneer in the use of the exchange transfusion for the rH positive infant with an rH negative mother, in Adolescent Medicine in private practice; In the Attention Deficit Disorder with and without Hyperactivity; and was very early proponent in the use of computers in pediatrics. He was an authority in private practice office management. He retired from medical practice in 1988. He now lives in this Retirement Facility.
