About the Book

The book is about how a puppy was abandoned in a butterbean field. She wondered up to a big white van and looked up while a bald man looked down, and the next thing she knew, she had found her a loving family that shows her lots of kisses. She is well-provided with snacks, dog smoothies, and lots of toys to play with. She’s a happy dog.

About the Author

I am a loving and giving individual and love my life. I have a wonderful husband who has inspired me to write about Butterbean. I never thought that I, Lisa Flowers, would write a children's book about an abandoned puppy. All this and all I have is through the grace of God, who has given me a wonderful life, and I want to show that through this book.
