About the Book

This is the family farm where Julie lived. Good memories and also sad ones. It was cold and rainy that day of the funeral.We had friends and family come out to the family farm after the service. My brother Mike took this picture that day. The sun peaked out just enough and at the upper right you can see Julie’s face in the clouds. Letting us know she is happy and we will be okay.

About the Author

Barb Leis was born in Black River Falls, Wisconsin. She was one of six children, and Barb and her twin were the youngest. Her parents moved to Tomah, Wisconsin, where her dad found a job working at Usemco as a welder untill he retired. Her mom workered at a truck stop as a waitress. She credits growing up in the country, her strong faith in God, and her family as most important to life. Barb has three children.
