About the Book

WAKE UP to Your Higher Self and its teachings will help show reality as it really is and help you: • Optimize the experience of life and all of the possibilities of each moment • Make optimal decisions • Access all possible options • Achieve Success • Achieve peace of mind • Become healthy in body, mind, and spirit • Gain the freedom to control your life without being dependent on others • Access your Higher Self • Choose to act with your free will • Access Universal Intelligence When your thoughts are in control you severely limit your ability to enjoy a successful, happy life. However you have a choice. You can allow your thoughts to control you, or you can find a way to control your thoughts. The Key is Mindful Thought Management. MTM will enable you to take control and manage your thinking. You will mindfully determine how you feel, think, and act. You will no longer be dependent on outside events or what people say or do, in order to be peaceful, happy, and effective most of the time. Wake Up to Your Higher Self is meant to be a life operating manual or workbook. Wake Up to Your Higher Self is meant to help you learn to experience every aspect of your life in a peaceful, and mindful state of mind. The bottom line is your choice: you can continue operating in a robotic, programmed state of mind, or in an awakened, aware, and mindful one. I can show you the path, but you must walk the path on your own.

About the Author

Morris J. Cohen has spent the past forty years in the study and practice of meditation, consciousness and Eastern philosophy, beginning with Transcendental Meditation. Extensive studies in meditation, consciousness and Eastern philosophies have taken place through workshops and seminars led by Ken Keyes, Jr., Jean Houston and master teachers from the Vipassana Meditation practice, Kripalu Yoga, Omega Institute, Princeton University, Silva Mind Control and Reiki training sessions. In addition, Cohen is an avid practitioner, practice leader and researcher of QiGong and Tai Chi and studied with Roger Jahnke, O.M.D. at the Institute of Integral QiGong and Tai Chi. Cohen’s work in meditation and consciousness training has culminated in the concept of Mindful Thought Management. The author experienced a profound shift in perception, awareness and control in how he experiences every aspect of life. Cohen decided to share his knowledge and experience in the form of this workbook. His hope is that everyone will use this workbook to learn how to experience happier and more fulfilling lives, which in turn will make the world a better place for everyone. Cohen wishes to dedicate all of the profits from this workbook to the education and support of children in need.
