About the Author

Matthew N. O. Sadiku is a professor at Prairie View A & M University in Prairie View, Texas. He received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, TN in 1982 and 1984 respectively. Before joining Prairie View, he taught at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton and Temple University in Philadelphia. He is the author of over 480 professional papers and over 70 books including Elements of Electromagnetics (Oxford University Press, 7th ed., 2018), Fundamentals of Electric Circuits (McGraw-Hill, 6th ed., 2017 with C. Alexander), Computational Electromagnetics with MATLAB (CRC, 4th ed., 2009). In addition to the technical books, he has written other books including Secrets of Successful Marriages, How to Discover God’s Will for Your Life, and commentaries on all the books of the New Testament Bible. Some of his books have been translated into French, Korean, Chinese Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish. He currently resides with his wife in Hockley, Texas.
