About the Author

Hailing from New Zealand, Robin has been coaching since 1988. Unable to find any books explaining the process to be a winning coach drove him to write this one. By following the principles in this book, Robins had successes with men’s rep sides through to 7 – 8 year olds starting in sport and with both male and female teams.
