I meet a homeless man the other day, he said lend me your ears and I'll tell you how I got this way. Thanks to the recession , I lost my occupation than the wife took my kids away I turned to the bottle, soon I no longer felt the need to pray. I lost my house and asset to the IRA. When I think about it makes me sick to this day, The government can pay millions of dollars to help get industry out of debt Cant find the money to take care of us Vets. I fought for this country and in my time of need I couldn't even get a check. Soon I turned to drugs and began to lose myself respect. I kept telling myself, I don't need it, I can beat it but I always yearned for more. Eventually I gave up on myself, and replace the hope of finding love for the company of whores. Before long I became the person I used to despise, the cast away I frown upon in my car as I drove by. If you will son please take my advice. Manage your finances, search for love and always remember to pray, If not I could be you someday.
