About the Author
OLIVIA BEDELL NIMLEY was born in Harper City, Maryland County, Liberia (West Africa). She started her education at Our Lady of Fatima School in Harper. During the civil war in her country, she went into exile and studied at Nnandi Azikiwe University in Anambra State, Nigeria. She discovered the gift of writing while facing challenges in exile. She lives in Paynesville, Liberia, and works with The Liberia Broadcasting System (LBS). She is married to Moses B. Nimley and is blessed with a son.
