About the Book

Good Girl Olive is the story of a little terrier dog who was found stray on the street and through a series of events came to a service dog training school because of her exceptional hearing ability. It was thought that she could provide "ears" for a deaf person. While Olive (aka: Ollie) did well in school, she had a scrappy quality (self preservation) that prevented her from graduating (it's the exceptional dog that graduates.) Olive had her own ideas about what she wanted. By following her own instincts rather than what others wanted of her, Olive finds happiness as a companion dog.
