About the Book

This book gives advice on how to wisely use our time on earth. I view it as a sort of prescription for life, and as a physician-surgeon who has written numerous prescriptions each day for over thirty years, I feel I have something good to share. This book is unique in format because, while some of the articles are essays, others tend to outline instructions with explanations. This book is simple and clear, yet, the lessons are important to learn and follow. It gives specific examples on how to apply these important principles in our daily activities. This book is a collection of my writings over the past ten years.
