About the Author

Nicholas VIALE was born in Nice-France and has been involved in the real estate industry all his life. Specialized in second homes and investments in foreign countries, he has been working in Costa Rica since 1996. He owns of one of the largest reale state companies on the Central-Pacific coast and has been one of the executives of the local association of Realtors.
