About the Author

James Thomas has lived and worked in mainland China over the past ten years, opening a factory and representative office. He very much ‘went native’ and lived among the locals, learnt their language and tried to understand their customs, culture and values. His wide experiences includes some extremely funny moments, several shocking ones and losing quite a lot of money before finally getting wise to it all and coming out marginally ahead.
