About the Author

Josephine G. Marcellin is a Project Management Professional with over sixteen years experience in project management, primarily in the Information Technology (IT) field. Armed with an undergraduate business systems degree from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada and an MBA from the renown Richard Ivey School of Business, Josephine has effectively utilized her formal business training to consistently deliver successful projects in very diverse industries.

Josephine's approach is very simple but has proven to be very effective. Using her entrepreneurial and project management experience coupled with her business training, she treats each project as a new business venture focused on three key success criteria:
