LUTZ H. SCHLICKE: A graduate of the Milwaukee University School, received his BS degree in physics from the University of Wisconsin in Madison and his MD degree from Yale University. He was a post-doctoral fellow at Yale. Was on faculty of Yale and the University of South Florida. As Captain served in Viet Nam. Diplomat of the national board of orthopedics and the national board of examiners. Fellow of American Academy of Orthopedics. 17 publications. Participated in USA/China medical exchange program. Keeps critically abreast of progress in medicine, allopathic and complementary. Specializing in spine surgery, if needed. - He enjoys fishing with his seaworthy boat.

HEINZ M. SCHLICKE: He is the father of Lutz. He got his ScD degree (thesis: entrainment of oscillators and sub-harmonics) in the short time of 3/4 year while working in industry. Escaped forced Nazi service by joining naval research. Essential improvements made there caused his transfer to High Command of Navy in Berlin. There he led groups of sharp scientists working on countermeasures and counter-countermeasures to revitalize the U-boat war then suffering very great losses. Was sent, but did not get, by U-boat to far east and Japan on a special, secret mission *) After surrender and repatriation as PoW, as one of Germany's top scientists, was brought to USA by special act of Congress to work on classified projects (stealth, among other) of Navy. Then was chief scientist at Rockwell Automation, getting 20 patents; one on command-destruct filters for Minuteman missiles. - Twice president of IEEE's Society of Electromagnetic Compatibility. Life Fellow of this international institution. Quit it's outstanding speakers list to become an independent consultant lecturing here (2x MIT, GM, HP, Motorola, Los Alamos Scientific Laboratories, etc.) and abroad (Moscow, Academgorodoc, Mexico City, University of Cape Town, S.A. - as visiting professor). Was invited overview speaker at National Bureau of Standards' conference on pollution for leaders of industry and government. Author of 2 books and co-author of 5 books. For many years he studied systemic change management in broadest perspective. - His biological age is much lower than his calendric age.
