The most important rule on the spiritual path is that there are no rules.

Enjoy silence daily. Silence will teach you the only things worth knowing.

Live by your own code. If you don't yet have a code, get one.

You will never find your soulmate if your are trying to find your soulmate. Relax and don't think about it. That's when your soulmate appears.

The purpose of life is to transcend your limited mortal consciousness and behold omniscient and omnipresent cosmic consciousness within. How do you do that? Any way you like.

You are the scriptwriter of your life. The story is up to you. Anything is possible. If you make a mistake, don't worry. You can always rewrite the script.

Never stay where you are not appreciated. Leave. That’s right. Leave.

Romance and sex are essential to happiness. If you’re down or depressed, it’s a safe bet your love like is lacking or nonexistent. Make the necessary adjustments.

TV, movies, concerts, and sporting events are passive. Don’t watch life. Live life!

Beware of experts. In general, they don’t know anything.

Any concept of past or future is false. There is only an eternal now. So, be happy now, or you never will be.

Live your life as if one day you will have to make a full accounting of it before God. Because one day you will.

There are no accidents. Everything happens for a reason. And the reason is always the same. To help you grow.

Laugh or cry. It’s your choice.
