About the Book
WHAT CAN I DO TODAY? What a fun time the students always had when they first came into the classroom in the morning, before the late bell rang and they were in their seats. The art corner, workbench, and doll corner were always occupied, and little hands were always busy! The art book was always used, and materials were always displayed for the student from which to choose.
About the Author
As a former elementary schoolteacher, I found it so interesting and exciting each day to present a project for the children to accomplish on their own, at their desks or at the listening center, when their group lessons were complete. Following the explicit directions in the project from What Can I Do Today?, this was made easy for them.
