Everyone below deck was ready to get off the ship. It was miserable. No air, no clean water. There were those who were sick. The captain refused to let them on deck. Not wanting to alarm the men on deck, Mr. Drake came along side the captain. "I have been informed from the crew there is a ship along port side. The captain went to look. "I'e, That is the Black Duchess. Long with Black sails. A beautiful ship to look at. Four large masts, four smaller sails above each of them. She could fly through the water with ease. You could see as she got close she was a ready fighter. There were eight canon openings along side her. There were canons above deck. There were over 100 crew on board. Mr. Drake could see the closer the ship got the rougher the crew looked. As the ships came along side each other a few of the men came aboard by swinging on their ropes. "Good to see ya caption." "We have one more room." The men kicked open Megan's room. Anna was laying on the bed talking with Megan. Mr. Lee was with Mrs. Kilpatrick. Mrs. Kilpatrick grabbed Megan and put her behind her back. "What is this gentlemen?" ask Mrs. Kilpatrick "No gentlemen here." Said the captain. "Take them topside. As you can see they have quit a few things that will bring a good bounty."
