The Chronicles of Suzie Bear

So Susie Bear managed to hide the puppy in her room for the rest of the weekend (with the aid of her friends of course), But Monday was a different story. The day began just as usual. Susie Bear got dressed ate breakfast and then she hid Winnipeg in the laundry just as she planned. She met Janai and Mecca walking to catch their bus then Brown Bear and she went to theirs. Susie Bear’s mother took the day off from work. She and Consuela had major shopping to do. They went to the mall too get Susie Bear some new dresses and momma bear some make-up and hair products. They went to Mr. Pig snouts store to get groceries and cleaning products. They stop in at the butchers for some fresh beef and pork. Then to the bakers shop for bread and some pies for dinner. So, by three thirty (just when Susie Bear was headed home from school) they were back. They took the packages inside and began putting away all they had purchased. When Consuela remembered she had to wash some towels. She went down the stairs to the laundry. When she approached the door to the laundry she thought that it was strange that it was closed. Then she heard someone scratching from the inside of the door. She ran back upstairs as-fast-as her legs would carry her. Mrs. Beeaaarr! Mrssss. Beeeaaaarrrr! What is it Consuela? You look as if you’ve seen a ghost. Someone broke into the house and now they’re trapped in the laundry room.
