Life is a journey we all have to face and sometimes the journey is not smooth. We encounter difficulties and bad situations be do not want to experience; but when I reflect on my journey, it was full of trails and testing- but in the process, it was preparing me for purpose. One word that described my journey is “strength” according to Philippians 4:13-my motto is: I can do all things through Christ which strengthen me because when I look back over my life and I think things over I can truly say that I am bless I have a testimony. “Inspired to live” is a testimonial book of the authors’ experience, through pain, hardship, oppression and discouragement-by Gods’ grace and mercies –he brought deliverance and healing through salvation. Many times people give up on life because their situation may seems overwhelming and hopeless to overcome but the word of God tells me “that they overcome by the blood of the lamb and the word of their testimony”. You cannot allow the circumstance to allow you to give up on life. There is a sane that says,” trails comes to make you strong”. The way one perceive life; that is how you will view life. When I understood that I have a purpose, I began to change my mind set and the way I view life. In my journey, I learn how to depend on God, to endure, to trust, to forgive, to feel secure, to find rest, peace and to have a sound mind. If I had to compare this journey, I will relate it to “the thorn in the flesh”. To the audience, I leave with you this word for taught, “Your steps is not ordered by man but by God”.

About the Author
Micah Lettsome was born on St. Thomas USVI. She grew and raised in long Look- Happy Hill, Tortola BVI. Though her humble and small beginnings she persuade. In spite of many challenges with everyday life, God had a plan and purpose for her life. In 2015, God’s purpose for Micah’s life began to manifest, after she enrolled at the Christian Community College (BVI) Campus. She pursued a certificate in Christian Ministry and graduated on 6th June, and she was ordained as a licence Minister of the gospel. She is now, an ordained Pastor at Second Chance Ministries and served in many ministries. Pastor Micah has a passion to reach the less fortunate and needy. She dedicated her time to serve in community outreach -where she distributes clothes, food, evangelize and care for people. Pastor Micah, desire is to build and outreach building- called the House of Haven, where she can focus on helping the homeless and care for people in need. She is the visionary of “Behind the veil Intercessory prayer conference and Inspiration prayer power –live program. It is a prayer ministry that touches the heart of God, through fervent Prayer. Her aim is to become a Christian Counsellor, to encourage, guide and heal hurting people-through the word of God and her testimony.
