How and Where to Send Your Materials
You can submit your material a few different ways: by uploading to the Trafford Web site, by e-mail, or by regular (postal) mail.
Uploading Your Files to Trafford
The best way to submit your materials is through our Web site. If you haven’t already registered, you’ll need to do so by clicking on the ‘Create an Account’ hyperlink. Once you’re logged in, you’ll see the option to ‘publish a new book’. Click that button and follow the instruction as our Web site guides you through the uploading process.
The speed of the uploading process depends on the speed of your Internet connection and the size of your files. If you have a dial-up connection, it may take a while, especially if you’re sending some large images. But if you have high-speed or broadband internet, the uploading should go much faster.
Sending by E-mail
If you’re unable to upload your files at our Web site, there are a few other options. If e-mailing, send your materials to your Check-In Coordinator’s personal e-mail address. A Check-in Coordinator will be assigned to you after your publishing contract has been processed. If you do not yet know your Coordinator’s name or e-mail address, just call our toll-free number and we can look it up for you. When e-mailing materials, be sure to include your full name and the title of your book in all correspondence.
Sending by Mail
If you have trouble e-mailing your files, you can also mail your files on a CD or DVD to this address:

Please be sure to clearly label your disks and other materials with your full name and your book’s title. Since materials can be lost or damaged in the mail, we suggest sending copies, not the original disks. If you are mailing hardcopy text for data-entry, or hardcopy images for scanning, we again strongly urge you to send photocopies, not the originals. Trafford is not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.
