Whilst playing with her Tarot cards, Ethel becomes visited by some ghosts! They ask for Ethel's help for them to rest peacefully in their afterlife. She agrees to help them but, her mother finds out and then decides to introduce ethel into the local community This is the first tale of how Ethel's life begins to change from that first meeting with the ghosts, the very fisrt steps of her new path of life.

She agrees to help them but, her mother finds out and then decides to introduce ethel into the local community This is the first tale of how Ethel's life begins to change from that first meeting with the ghosts! Ethel's mother takes her out to see some of the village, whereby another ghost beseeches Ethel for her help, whilst claiming to be entrapped within the still existing first English constitution, known as the Magna Carta, whereby only the rich or the landowners are free people, even into their afterlives. Ethel agrees to help her, receives a scare from the locals, and then returns home to ponder how to get the cremented remains of her ghostly friend from the local postman Greame.
About the Author
An engineer by trade, John Gillibrand took to teaching and now works for a law firm, translating and negotiating trade agreements!
