About the Book
The story of a week spent in a palm-thatched house in a picturesque fishing village on the Pacific Coast of Mexico. Visited by day tourists who arrive by boat from a nearby resort town, the village is also the scene of resident expatriate artists and truth-seekers. When the tourists have gone, a full moon rises over the bay where the tropical setting induces reflection and the poetry of a simple life in the unspoiled jungle without roads, telephones or electricity.
