About the Book

In this collection of passionate and honest essays, you’ll find nuggets of truth and slivers of insight that may never have crossed your mind. Expounding on a range of issues, from relationships to solitude; from homelessness to wealth; to love and lack thereof, Terry E. Lyle never wavers from being brutally raw and in your face with the truth. Each essay is replete with emotion–from laughter, sadness, and introspection, to anger and indignation. You’ll feel what Terry feels, and that’s her goal. We all need a reality check from time to time and Terry’s here to provide it. With a lyrical and transparent writing style, Terry opens herself up to readers to raise their consciousness of numerous controversial issues. She writes about often avoided topics that are rarely discussed openly, and does so with bold opinion, unabashed emotion, and wise insight. Without sugar-coating or diluting her message, Terry aims to expose the raw core of her thoughts, bringing them to the forefront of readers’ minds. WOW!!!—Windows of Wisdom—is Terry’s second collection. Like her first, Brown Bag Poetry, WOW!!! will turn heads and raise eyebrows. Terry’s hope, though, is that her work will ultimately raise awareness and spark conversations. WOW!!! is profound and thought provoking and considered to be one of the best books, you'll ever read!
