About the Book

So, you ask, this question, “What qualifies me to write this book?” I answer, Life. Because I am a human being, created and chosen by God, to do His will on Earth; I am entitled to use the gift of teaching, through this book, based on my life and the Word of God, given to me. I speak on many things that I have both lived and learned. Like me, many people have also been raped, abused, mistreated and made to feel alone. This is only the “tip of the iceberg”. Because I like many others, have had my share of burdens, I am beginning to understand my own subheading of the title of this book, “My Cross to Bear”. I understand the subject of “Wounds that have Healed”, but having “Scars as reminders”. I, just like many have the need of a “Right Way of Thinking”. It is my intention to help others to be able to say or hear God say “Peace Be Still or ask for “Peace to Be in My House”. One may ask why some of these words are in parenthesis, as if they have some significance to them, the reader. They do, for not only are the titles to sermons that I have preached, but they can attest to the dealings in which God has brought me through. It is hard for a person to accept any words that I have written in this book, solely based on the fact that, I, as an author have written it; especially because I am an unknown. But this doesn’t make the events or words less important. My evidence evolves from the fact of knowing that God taken me through these trials of life, from start to finish
