Brief notes about the Author’s Biography
The author comes from a poor, but respectable and illiterate and materialistic family who like most families are bent upon materialistic pursuits to make both ends meet. He is actually sixty-six years old and was born on 25th September 1943. Concerning his educational background academically, he is neither a well-learned man nor a degree-holder. But with his little knowledge of English, however; he has been able to develop spirituality and write six spiritual books to share his inspirations, experiences and practical disciplines of the Science of yoga and Ayurvedic (plants and foods) to all beings in the material world, after having studied and practised extensively and intensively about the subject. Having acquired a good spiritual understanding, he has crossed the barrier not to go by blind belief. He assumes that a proper amalgamation of science and spirituality can be the solution to the existing disillusionment and chaos in this illusory world and to his inspiration this can bring everlasting peace and prosperity to the peoples of the world; it is better late than never to start practising spiritual disciplines (Sadhana) at any age either young or old. These six books are as following:
1. Yoga for individual practice.
2. Human body is the real temple of God.
3. Surya Namaskara “Sun salutation for the children’s life.
4. The secret of Pranayama, Relaxation and Concentration.
5. Mind, Thought and Ayurvedic (Plants and Food) and Yoga for diseases.
6. Reincarnation, Karma (action), Sex and Oneself.
He has therefore immensely enhanced his life by following the path of yoga and his (Guru) master who initiated him by giving him his second birth in this only rare species of human life.
He owes a lot to guru Venkatesananda of the Divine life who brought him to the spiritual and divine path and through his divine guidance, the author started practising the Royal path of yoga with faith, sincerity and perseverance since his early age. He started this practice faithfully and with determination after having had seriously health problems in general for years, so he had to take the last refuge in yoga which was the only solution. After all, he has practiced yoga for nearly fifty years as an individual practice as part and parcel of his daily living, for this is an interior quest and conquest which no one can do for you. He has not followed it theoretically, but has carried on the spiritual discipline (sadhana) practically at a regular basic in his everyday life.
On his spiritual research in India, he has been attracted by (Gurus) spiritual masters and yogis by their simplicity and purify of their living. He has spent most of his time reading and practising under the guidance of a spiritual master. Most of his time he stayed and lived with such spiritual groups and masters where he has got the precious occasion to experience and get inspiration from their divine vibration and blessing. Given spiritual endowments, he has got the divine chance to go deep to the wisdom of the ancients, this wisdom that has influenced deeply the lives of many sages and spiritual followers down the ages.
The author is a spiritual character, who is actually against all dogmas and rites in whatever religion, where often the blind are following the blind. He believes in a Religion based on a universal and all-embracing principles. He is also a firm believer in the Vedic notion of the divine nature of the individual, because to his spiritual point of view, the human body is the real temple of God, a title of his book. To him, the soul or innerself is God Himself.
The author also condemns idol-worship which is materialism in this modern evolutionary and illusory world, animals’ sacrifice, pilgrimages, priest-craft, cast and socio-religious systems which spread division among people and nations instead of bringing unity to the people all over the world and discrimination against women. Instead, men should sacrify the animalism within them, such as the ego, ignorance lust, desires, selfishness, hypocrisy, anger, jealously, envy, impurities of mind and body, thought, senses, breathing, wrong foods and demoniac behaviour and characters etc, etc..
To him, all sorts of obstacles and barriers have been erected by man, made to separate the self from man and to retrograde man to this illusory world of matter and object and to the lowest level in this mayavic daily life of birth and death.
Finally the author having spent a great part of his life in England could have led an illusory material life in U.K just like an ordinary man, but he has realized he has come in this world to propagate his spiritual mission. He is a confirmed celibacy and has come to search for the Truth within and has expressed them in writing six spiritual books to accomplish his spiritual mission while living in this evolutionary, material and illusory world. “Who is God and where is God?” has been his only motto. He realizes that God is inside everyone and in everything. People must spiritually reveal Him, as Jesus says “We are all image of God.”
That is the proof for sure that we are evidently all Him and He is within all, either you believe it or not, but you must admit that there is something that makes everything move in this universe, “PRANA” life force or energy. Actually most of his precious spiritual living and moment has been spent in Mauritius and London. He believes that the only Ashram or temple is his body where God resides. He also believes that “SERVICE TO HUMANITY is SERVICE TO GOD” Help anyone; don’t see who is the good or bad as all have some good within. To end, two points of the author’s inspirations are as follows:
“By reading and practising the spiritual contents of all his six books, someone can have the revelation of himself and can realize the Truth and liberate him from this material and illusory world. One can reveal himself to God and seek Him within and finally can realize what is this “know thyself and realize who “AM I” and become ONE,” the oneself. This is the only goal to reach God, the fatherhood of all mankind.
“If you want to know who “Am I” just read these six books and realize them practically, you will spiritually be one with me as “Oneness,” where there are good, love, purity, sacrifice in mind, action, word, thought and deed. God is always where His Devotee is. “No one can change anybody in this world. One has to change only himself, then everything will stoop to his feet automatically. He is the only king who can bring peace and love; be a fervent devotee to Divinity within.”
