His previous employers their hosted company headquarters and operations in Canada, the Caribbean, Latin America, South America, the United Kingdom and the United States of America. Educated primarily in the Caribbean and England, Mr. Headley held membership in such accounting bodies as the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and the Society of Management of Accountants of Canada.
