About the Author
Diana Cline is a four-time Canadian Pizza baking champion, internationally recognized gourmet pizziolo with 19 years of experience in the pizza industry, 11 of those co-owning Diana’s Gourmet Pizzeria in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She loves to travel and share her passion for pizza with others. Diana holds honourary positions on several other countries pizza teams and has been invited to judge the baking competitions at the 2009 World Pizza Championship Games in Salsomaggiore, Italy, the first Canadian to hold such a position. In addition to creating award-winning recipes, Diana is also a consultant to other independent pizzeria owners and helps operators grow their business effectively and strategically.
