About the Book

A heartfelt message from a son to his mother woven within a narrative, non-graphic, fantasy story of heroes and demons. “A Day in Eternity” is the story of heroes who shoulder the challenges of the world for the rest of us. Heroes who are not so different than the commoner who feel and question their lives, choices, and futures. One particular hero stands out as a favorite among the gods. A servant or a saint depending on the point of view and that moral debate is one of many that carry throughout the story. At his side during key events in his life is Lia; an immortal helper of the gods who travels through time and in and out of all heroes’ lives. Like the hero of our story Lia finds herself starting to question her life, choices, and future; and for the first time finds the roles reversed, where she is receiving love and guidance from the hero. The story ends with both accepting their destinies with complete satisfaction in their achievements and that of the other. It is the author’s hopes to inspire others to see the value and love in their relationships as he has found in his.
