Capturing Danny’s attention was now easy for his grandpa to do, since the Popsicle was now non-existent. Leaning forward and looking directly into Danny’s eyes, he asked him if he remembered seeing the angel yesterday. Danny quickly replied with a smile and a “Yes”. Now, confident that he had Danny’s full attention and that he was making progress, his grandpa decided to ask him the question that was burning on all of our minds. A quick look of inward thinking washed over his face. He was concentrating on the question that his grandpa had just asked him. The room seemed to get very quiet. No one said a word. It was as if we were all frozen in time – anxiously waiting for Danny’s answer. Even Danny sat perfectly still........
