About the Author
Ben Yan has spent over three decades in sales, marketing experience, equity financing for technology start up companies as an entrepreneur, and years in the corporate world for manufacturers Sun Microsystems and Hewlett Packard. He still practices the HP way in his business ventures. He also sits on the boards of several technology companies. Ben is a frequent speaker at sales professional entrepreneur conferences. He is a visiting professor on International Marketing at the Sauder School of Business MBA program, and consults on sales process design, commercialization of technology products, sales force re-engineering, and client relationship management.
