About the Book
FREEDOM IS..A Book/Journal with a Twist! The twist is how this book came about. Started writing this August 1, 2001. Knew something horrific was going to happen but did not know who, what, when, where, why, and how? I was so sick, but I kept writing. Why was I writing about freedom? What is freedom to me? What is freedom to you. Think about it. What are your freedoms? Let's talk about them. This is why I kept writing about freedom. I think everyone should be free. Free to live their lives in harmony. Not to go after other people's freedoms. What that about? If you are not free and happy, do something about it. Change is good. Think about making a change in your life. Do not concentrate on what you do not want in your life. Concentrate on what you want in your life. Whether you want to change you job, location, divorce, etc. Just do it! When you read my freedoms, think about your freedoms. Then write them in the journal part of the book. Let's have some fun. What I want you to do is let me know what your freedoms are in your life. On the website let me know what you want me to write about. Everyone has different freedoms. Let me know what yours are. I may want to write another freedom book. WEBSITE:
About the Author
Hello Everyone! This is Kathleen Wensel. I am speaking to you in this book/journal. I am the baby girl that was born at seven months. So, you see miracles do happen and I am alive and well. As you read through this book/journal you will see that I have survived different things in my life and I am still kicking. You will learn that I love to laugh and have fun. A Kathy Wensel quote, "If it is not fun (and legal) I am not doing it." As a professional in travel, real estate, retail and wholesale marketing sales, a radio show guest across America, commercials, seminar speaker, model and teacher, entrepreneur and author (with more to come). Helping people throughout the years always gave me hope. When you see a smile on the face of someone who had been hurt, or lost a loved one, had a wonderful vacation, or bought something that they really wanted. What fun! A model since I was a teenager. Whether wearing a beautiful gown for a Bridal Fashion Show or teaching the right way to way walk, stand or sit was so much fun. Working in New York and Philadelphia is always a blast. Helping people is what I do. It's my passion. As a seminar speaker people do listen. Meeting new people is always fun. Whether talking about divorce, dating, modeling, business, believing in yourself, whatever, following through is the key to your life. Just get up and do it. Always believed if your life is not working for you do something about it. It's time for a change. So many people are coming to this realization. That's a good thing. As a 1984 graduate of Widener University (Political Science, Sociology and Management) it was fun going back to school. My daughter and son went to my graduation. How cool is that? That was a great day. Being a straight-forward female, I believe in telling the truth. (whether you tell the truth or not; the truth will always come out). You will always get a straight answer from me. Part of the proceeds from this Book/Journal will go to The Leary Firefighter's Foundation. (I love firefighter's) I wanted to write a book/journal that is easy to read, (my freedoms old and new), which gives you answers on how I handled the lemons that were thrown at me. Then, you can write your old freedoms and start thinking about your new freedoms and how you are going to achieve them. It's just that simple!
