About the Author

Ade Haastrup-Onilogbo the founder and director of Crux311 Ltd. She is also an accomplished Science Teacher and Education Curriculum Leader. who has over the years evolved into an Empowering Personal/ Professional Development Coach and motivation speaker. Born with Sickle Cell Anaemia about 40 years ago, Ade learnt how to play the game of life to win from a very young age. This was achieved by exploring the laws and philosophies of life as well as mastering the principles that lead to success. Her one true purpose in life is to reach out to as many people as possible sharing with them the secrets behind tapping into their hidden potentials and empowering them in their quest for excellence. Having started her career as an Analytical Chemist/ Production Manager in West Africa and later Germany, she crossed over to Education field after a year’s PGCE study at Goldsmiths’ College, University of London in 1997. After three and a half years of whole hearted commitment to her self-belief and focused goals, she bagged the post of Head of Science. She has proved that with clear focus and direction goals can be achieved and success is just an action away. Ade has about 20 years experience of working with adults and young adults and has earned herself a credible reputation amongst her pupils, their parents, colleagues and friends. Ade is married with two children and lives in Essex.
