This book was written by a dedicated school teacher. It reflects his association with parents, school authorities, and of course pupils. He was a firm believer that a school education began at home and perfected by the school teacher. Additionally, the state, local, and federal public authorities must prepare directions for thousands of school officials and teachers who dedicate their lives to improve school teaching. Accordingly, those interested in school teaching will appreciate the book. The highest level of the educational system did not provide adequate programs for local school systems to follow.
