About the Author

Mohammad S. Alansari is currently an Associate Professor in the Civil Engineering department at the University of Qatar. In 1992, he recieved his Ph.D. in civil engineering from the Catholic University of America. His research interests include earthquake response of structures, analytical modeling of structures, design and analysis of concrete structures. Dr. Alansari is currently teaching structural analysis and concrete design courses.
