Darla was a happy 15 year old until one day her step brother sold her by lottery to 13 guys for sex. He told them she knew about it and was a willing participant. She didn't know and the situation turned into a gang rape. The incident changed Darla trieed to escape her past but 20 years later one of the thirteen reared his ugly head. About the Author

I was born and raised in Wheeling, WV. I joined the WV Army National Guard (retired) and attended WV Northern Virginia Northern Community College and received an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice. I moved to Washington DC and begin a career in security for the federal government. I achieved my goal of becoming a police officer in the Commonwealth of Virginia. I moved to Richmond, VA and would drive to Northern Virginia for work. I listened to books on tape and CD from some of the great writers of today during the 2 hour journey. I was listening to an interview with an author who made the statement that she believed everyone has at least one good book in them. The statement the author made and the support of my family and friends made an impact and gave me the incentive to write the book that had been in my head for 3 years.
