Melba M. Rous RN BA is a graduate from the Philippines and has a BA in Sociology from Loyola University in Montreal. She has extensive experience in Pediatric Nursing; Nursing Administration and Management and Community Care. She subscribes to family approach nursing and is the owner of Caring Hands that specializes in client health education and advocacy. She is a partner in Health Ideas.

Eileen B. Ward RN BA was born and educated in England. She is a gradute of St. Boniface General Hospital School of Nursing in Winnipeg. She has extensive experience in Nursing Education, Intensive Care, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Health Care Facility Planning and Geriatrics. Her primary interests are travel, opera, cooking and Basset Hounds. Ms. Ward is the owner of VacationCare Inc., a medical travel escort service. She is a partner in Health Ideas.
