About the Book

The History of Tomorrow is a 'bibliography', representing eighteen years of personal study under the guidance of God through the Holy Spirit. The first section of twelve chapters contains God's timetable for the world and an explanation of the prophecies as revealed in the Holy Bible.

In belief of God's words, but realization these events would occur at the end of times, the prophet Habakkuk requested that God again reveal his prophecies in the midst of years (3:2 - 19). The renowned physician Nostradamus completed this task in 1555, but was forced to mix up his hundred 'quatrains' (verses) within the ten 'centuries' (chapters) so as to avoid having his work destroyed by the inquisitors. Thereafter, books have been in constant print on the prophecies of Nostradamus, but no attempt has been made by former authors to sort each of his quatrains into the centuries Nostradamus intended.

Therefore, the second section, also containing twelve chapters, contains the prophecies of Nostradamus, which have been painstakingly rearranged according to the time element as well as the countries involved. In doing so, a complete study of both ancient history, and that of the twentieth century was undertaken so as to discern the seven antichrists which have been described in biblical prophecy, and fully explained in the prophesy of Nostradamus. As such, the book The History of Tomorrow not only explaons where and when events will occur - but why!

About the Author

The author was born in a farming community in eastern Montana, delivered by her mother, who also tied the umbilical cord, when the doctor did not arrive on time. She was the fourth of what eventually numbered seven living siblings. Her father was large and handsome, but uneducated: while her mother short and heavy, but very smart. Since her father depended on farm or other manual labor, there were many lean periods of very slack times. Nevertheless, the children were very close, and referred to themselves as 'the magnificent seven'.

Author, 'Mrs Mebs' was the first of her family to complete high school, while at that time college was attended only if going into a profession. With above average secretarial skills she began her career in the bookkeeping department of a bank. After marriage she worked part-time as a clerk for the Forest Service, and then joined her husband in their own business in 1968. They purchased a home on ten acres and raised four children, and retired in 1984, before she attempted her life-long obsession to write a book. Since her life experiences were above those experienced by most, she had confidence it would fill a novel. Then suddenly the content changed from herself to God's promises.

So, although she has no BS or Ph.D in theology, she has spent more years in that study than most who've received a degree. These courses included a methodical study of the entire Bible, the researsh of other prophecies and the seven main religions of today, as well as a complete study of both ancient and modern history.

The author has personally experienced the miracles God is capable of performing three times in her life, and this book is but a small token in repayment for His help and guidance throughout her entire life. But, just as 'gay' used to refer to joyous or lively, her married name, Swinger, also now brings sneers of unbelief in the interpretation used today. Therefore Marie Swinger has chosen to use her initials as her 'pen name', or Mrs. Mebs.

This is not a book of animosity toward anyone, but only one of explanation as to why the prophecies will soon be fulfilled. But Marie also realizes the topcs of religion and politics are bound to irritate some unbelievers.
