And ye now therefore have sorrow; but I will see you again and your heart shall rejoice and your joy no man taketh from you.

The Pleasure of My Pain is one women's expression of life issues that affected her while she was in the growing pains process. It discusses mistakes that she made and how God moved and changed things in her life for the better. This collection of poems is how one woman dealt with her mistakes and moved on in her life to grow in to a refined young woman. The Pleasure of My Pain addresses subjects that young people, especially women, can relate to such as depression, heartbreak, love, relationships, spirituality, and self-encouragement.

The author uniquely drew from her own experiences, as well as, the experiences of people who have been in her life to write this collection of poems as an inspiration for others.
