In the beginning of the book, Palsivica is a peaceful and beautiful place. It's a tourist planet, with _ of its population at any given time made up of tourists. Then, all of a sudden, danger strikes. Armored patrols and walkers are patrolling the cities, shooting anyone who dares oppose them.

About the Author

Forbidden Power is the author's first novel. Its creator, Henry Norris, is twelve years old and is a grade seven student in Victoria, B.C. He can often be found holding a book, his lacrosse stick, a soccer ball (he's a goalkeeper), or his pet rabbit, Feb. In addition to writing, Henry's many other interests include making pottery, beating his own scores on computer games, playing cribbage, acting in school plays, and watching episodes of Star Trek TNG.

Of his future, Henry says, "I think I'd like to be a lawyer. I love debate!"
