About the Book

This book is a delicate collection of poems of love, loss and rediscovery. It emphasizes the importance of individuals in our lives and how we inteeract with them. It captures desires, passions, and romance encapsulated in discovering love and its role in our lives. It focusses on rediscovery of one's inner beauty.

This book is a journey of "letting go', healing yourself and anxiously looking towards the future.

The graphic designs were done by John Krol, a lifelong pal of the author's. John brilliantly captured the essence of the poems with photography.

About the Author

This is Mary Molenda's second book. Her first book, The Healing Process was released earlier this year. Mary has always enjoyed writing poetry and expressing herself in written format.

Mary was born in Chicago, Illinois on October 8, 1967. She is the third child of John & Pauline McHale. She has an older sisiter Kathy (who is currently battling cancer) and an older brother Dan. Her sister Kathy has one daughter, Amy age 6. Kathy's battle with cancer has helped Mary get more in tune with her life and has truly inspired her to write. The strength and support of her family is very important to her.

Mary works full time as a therapist with disabled children. This has helped her develop a unique perspective on life and its values. She has two children - Hilary age 10 and Becky age 8 - who are the loves of her life. The most important aspect of Mary's life is her children.

Mary lives in the village of Arlington Heights, which is a suburb of Chicago. She shares her life with many wonderful people and many wonderful animals (a Moluccan cockatoo as well).
