Awaking from an illegal experiment perpetrated by an ex-Nazi CIA doctor, Viet Nam veteran/soldier-of-fortune Russel Travers’ gender is altered to female. Escaping with the back-up serum, doctors’ notebook and his ID, the now female Lisa Youngblood must use ‘his’ knowledge to survive. For the CIA to secretly establish their nation outside the US, they must recover the serum.
