About the Book
The two hoods grinned at the terrified girl. They were going to enjoy every minute of the next hour. The girl was about to be taught a lesson that she and her friends would never forget and make them think twice about trying to thwart the brilliant scheme.
The scheme is the brainchild of lawyers in New York and Bermuda. Huge quantities of Colombian and Russian mob money are to be laundered through the "new" South Africa and the Canadian province of Ontario. Two key bureaucrats in the province with expensive personal tastes - the "weak two" - are paid substantial sums by the lawyers to ensure the success of the scheme.
But the head of enforcement of the securities commission and his bridge partner have other ideas. Can they stop the hoods and expose the scheme before it is too late?
