About the Book

HG21C is embarking into completely uncharted territory. The "Institution" of Husband-hood" needs to be reviewed and overhauled in order to re-establish our noble positions. After all, "never in history" have husbands had any reason to question what we should expect from our wives - Until NOW. It has been written especially for the veteran husband, but will also assist the husband-to-be, and the newlywed.

HG21C may give one the impression it was written on how to be a better husband, - however, HG21C is really a guide on "how to make your wife - a better wife", and at the same time - a happier woman. Additionally, husbands will be able to completely Define the Dilemma and more importantly, learn the strategies, which will motivate her to gladly respond to you. - The way she did before the kids.

The majority of HG21C was written in "first person". The terms "us, our, and we" were chosen for the simplicity of allowing husbands to understand - that "we" are in this challenge together.

About the Author

M.Anthony Bell is a native of St. Louis, Missouri and has been married (23 years) to his high school sweetheart and is the father of one adult son.

Bell is not a Professional Psychiatrist or Marriage Counselor - but more of a (Professional) Listener. Bell's motivation in writing HG21C was due to many conversations with (veteran) husbands and especially - wives. Over the years, Bell noted many similarities in the experiences of husbands and their inability to understand how (and why) their wives had dramatically evolved into being "less wifely". And while most (husbands) accepted the present status of their marriage relationships, Bell made the decision to (re)search for the answers.

Bell's quest for the answers began with conversations with "women" that happened to be wives (and mothers). - And by comparing the husbands experiences with the horror stories of many wives, Bell was able to see clearly - the Dilemma.

While the subject of marriage relationships is a serious topic - involving many Professional disciplines, Bell was able to diagnose these concerns and make it simply a matter of finding the appropriate words, combined with a great deal of humor.
