About the Author
Sabrina Allen is currently employed in the field of information technology. This is her first work of fiction. Her initial inspiration was derived from a single conversation with a girlfriend of hers who revealed certain aspects of her life concerning her relationship with a married man. The author began to wonder about this scenario, and the thoughts of a woman who found herself lost in this relationship whirlwind. How could she have become this "other woman", and why would she remain so for any amount of time?
So, the author slipped into her life, and into her mind. She envisioned all possible instances that would concern the other woman. She made her the voice of all "other women", and one of her purposes was to prevent the young and innocent from willingly jumping into the "other woman" void. Lastly, the author wanted to speak from her presently fulfilling life, so that other's would believe that they too can rescue themselves, and once again, stand in the light.
The author's interests include pottery-making, crafts, baking, and of course, reading. She resides in Chicago, IL with her family.
