About the Book

This book is designed to show sports as a positive influence. Coach Dave is that dream coach that we would all love to have as a mentor for our children. This story and future stories will give us all hope that there are people out there that do not believe in winning at all costs. Sports, as well as other methods of teaching teamwork, should be exciting, fun and memorable. Please enjoy this book and look for ways in your life to mentor children.

About the Author

The author, Dee Trentine, has worked in the communications industry for over three decades. Teamwork has been encouraged her entire career. She has been an advocate for children as a volunteer Little League President and has also been a PTA/PTO president at the elementary and junior high school levels. This is her first book in a planned series of books intended to promote self-esteem among our youth. It is designed to show sports as a positive influence.
